StationeryNews.net caught up with Stone Marketing, UK distributor for Faber-Castell, following its win of Children’s Stationery Product of the Year at the Stationery Awards. Read on to find out what they loved about London Stationery Show 2024 and what we can expect to see from them in 2025.

The Stationery Awards took place at London Stationery Show. Overall, how was the show for you?

We had an incredible time at the London Stationery Show! The show brought together major industry players and independents, providing a fantastic opportunity to catch up with retailers, suppliers and fellow exhibitors. We’re excited to have generated some strong sales leads as a result.

What was your highlight from the show?

Winning the Children’s Stationery Product of the Year for the new Dinosaur Connector Tin.

How did it feel to win at the Stationery Awards?

We were absolutely thrilled to win at the Stationery Awards. As the UK distributor, celebrating Faber-Castell’s victory in the children’s category was amazing. Their new dinosaur-themed colouring products are perfect for endless fun and creativity.

What do you think set your product apart from the rest of the finalists?

The unique packaging and the interactive features it offers. The gift tin rotates to reveal different dinosaur scenes, turning a simple tin into a prehistoric adventure. Inside, the brilliant colour pens aren’t just tools for creativity—they connect together, adding an extra layer of play. This combination truly makes the product stand out.

What made you enter the Stationery Awards?

To celebrate Faber-Castell’s brilliant range of innovative and eco-friendly products. Its commitment to quality, creativity, and sustainability really deserves recognition, and what better platform than the Stationery Awards to showcase this. It’s an opportunity to highlight Faber-Castell’s efforts in pushing the boundaries of stationery design while being kind to the planet.
