London Stationery Show Selling Fast

There is still exhibitor space available for the popular trade show held over 13 – 14 May 2025 at the Business Design Centre.

Taking place at the Business Design Centre from 13-14 May 2025, London Stationery Show is the UK’s only event dedicated to the stationery, arts, crafts, paper and writing instruments industries. There is no better platform to showcase your collection, meet your target customer and drive sales face to face.

The 2024 event attracted stationery and gift buyers from world-leading department stores and supermarkets to independent retailers, including: ASDA, British Museum, Card Factory, Cardzone, Cass Art, Cult Pens, Fenwick, Flying Tiger, Fortnum & Mason, Harrods, Hobbycraft, John Lewis, Liberty London, London Graphic Centre, Morrisons, The National Gallery, Next, The Notting Hill Bookshop, Poundland, Royal Museums Greenwich, Ryman, Sainsbury’s, Scribbler, Selfridges, Skinnydip London, Tesco, The Works WH Smith and many more.

Exaclair’s UK marketing manager, Lawrence Savage said of the 2024 show: “This year’s show proved to be a successful event for us. Overall, we experienced some of the best footfall in recent times and engagement with our Cernit clay workshops was excellent. We were delighted with the opportunities the show has created for us with current and new customers alike.”

Retailers love the show as well, with Heidi Early, co-owner of Earlybird, Stoke Newington, commenting about the 2024 show: “There was a great buzz here this year and I particularly love the village green area where there were lots of new indie companies. I found four new companies that I ordered with, which is more than usual.”
