Spotlight On: Stationery Award Winner – Legami Erasable Pens

StationeryNews.net caught up with Stone Marketing, UK distributor for Legami, following its win of Novelty Stationery Product of the Year at the Stationery Awards. Read on to find out what they loved about London Stationery Show 2024 and what we can expect to see from them in 2025.

The Stationery Awards took place at London Stationery Show. Overall, how was the show for you?

We had an incredible time at the London Stationery Show. The show brought together major industry players and independents, providing a fantastic opportunity to catch up with retailers, suppliers and fellow exhibitors. We’re excited to have generated some strong sales leads as a result.

What was your highlight from the show?

Winning the Novelty Stationery Product of the Year for new erasable pen designs.

How did it feel to win at the Stationery Awards?

We were so delighted that the newest designs—panda, bee, and hippo—were recognised for a Stationery Award for the second year running.

What do you think set your product apart from the rest of the finalists?

The innovative erasable ink and charming characters. The global demand for Legami Erasable Pens has been unprecedented and it’s been amazing to watch the trend amongst kids to collect them all. It’s generated a significant hype in the UK market.

What made you enter the Stationery Awards?

To celebrate the latest Legami launches which are both innovative and truly deserving of recognition. We think they stand out in the market for their unique design and functionality.

Can you give us an overview of your top three products from the show?

Our top 3 Legami products from the show had to be erasable pens, magic rainbow 4-colour ballpoint pen and Teddy’s mood highlighters.

What is one piece of advice you’d give to stationers planning on entering the Stationery Awards in the future?

Focus on creating a unique brand story. Your products should be high-quality, innovative and tell a compelling story that resonates with the judges and potential customers.

What is your goal for the year ahead?

To continue the fantastic growth that we have seen with the brand so far and for our customers to discover the entire universe that Legami has to offer. The possibilities are endless and we are excited to see where the brand will take us…
