Two days of stationery, arts and crafts brilliance is underway
And we’re off! London Stationery Show is open with all the fabulous newness, creativity and sheer brilliance of the stationery industry on display.
The doors opened at 9.30am this morning at the Business Design Centre for the 12th outing of the UK’s only dedicated trade show for the sector. The show promises to be an unmissable gathering for stationery and gift buyers, retailers, dealers and other resellers, featuring the biggest selection of art, crafts, writing and paper products from around the world, all under one roof.
This is the first show under the new ownership of Max Publishing, and coo Rob Willis said as the show opened: “We’re all absolutely buzzing about the show and can’t wait to welcome all the visitors this year. The exhibitors have done an amazing job on their stands; there are some really innovative products this year, it’s not too late to register and have a look.”
The talk of the show is the visit from Ryman’s Theo Paphitis, who is speaking in the lunchtime slot today at 12.30. He leads a stellar programme of talks and workshops that include Martha Keith (of Martha Brook) talking about growing an engaged audience on social media, handwriting analysis from leading graphologist Christina Strang and hands on sessions on clay modelling and brush lettering.
If you still haven’t got your ticket for London Stationery Show which runs over today and tomorrow, 14 – 15 June, it’s easy to register to attend for free just by clicking here, then you’ll be all set to join the wonderful gathering of the stationery community.
