Tesco buys Paperchase IP

Paperchase went into administration on 31st Jan 2023, and within hours Tesco acquired the IP. However, the supermarket chain has not included the 106 shops in it’s purchase meaning that approximately 800 jobs are at risk.

Paperchase first opened it’s doors in 1968 in Kensington, before becoming one of the UK’s most recognisable high-street card retailers.
